I'm back. I never left really. My passion for snowboarding is unstoppable, although I am wearing a lot more protective gear these days. I'm not sure what I'll do with the blog going forward. There are so many media choices, perhaps Substack is where I belong, I'm not sure. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I did taking them. (Snowboarding photos are shot with an Insta360 X3.)

Fishtail

Last run on 50"+ day (was very hard to leave!) 
Finally: a powder board just the right length.. and fishtail! Best riding day ever.  Felt like my board was connected to the snow, by some force other than my legs. Maybe it's a hovercraft?! Even on my first chair, steepest and deepest run, I somehow stayed up with snow pouring onto my face, over my head.

Pure bliss.
